Well the deadline has now passed so it's just a matter of narrowing it down to some finalists. Lizbeth, that's a very nice idea having a party for everyone
. One problem is "everyone" grew to well over 100 entrants!. I'm doubtful we could get all of us at one party with that many lol. If you'd like to try and plan something I'd be more than happy to be there. I'm so appreciative to everyone who entered. It's been really difficult going through and having to choose, there are so many wonderful entries.Just from reading bios I've seen how many great people we've got in our community . I honestly hope that nobody will take it to heart if not chosen, especially considering I'm only choosing one person. I love the diversity in how we look and just because someone's avatar isn't right for modeling TorridWear doesn't mean that av isn't lovely! I'm going to contact each of the finalists or "callbacks" as I refer to them through ims individually. I'll post those finalists in this forum as I'm not sure where else I could post that information. I'll send out a notecard to all entrants with the thread information so nobody is left in the dark. _____________________

I have a nice parcel that crosses the sim line in scafell/grizedale. I could ask my neighbors at Rainbow Beach (a corner spot of four sims) if they would let us use some of their space...but I can fit at least 80 now...

I guess I better build something there. Right now it's a lovely event area for show and tells and such...So, I'll put a building in on top of it. (oooo! a chance to brush up on my building skills.) I'll just do something really basic, but there'll be room for many of us...how FUN! I finally get to use this spot and cross the sim line! |
