My name is Stina and I work as a TV-producer. I´m working on project called Second Life which is a documentary about the game and it´s players. I´m very intrested in learning more about the game and I am now looking for someone in or around Stockholm, Sweden to interview for my documentary. If you play a lot, it´s a plus since I want to meet someone really dedicated to the game or similar games.

If u think this sounds interesting, or if you know anyone who might be, please contact me at once at
spelfilm@spray.se.

I´m looking forward to hear from you.

Kindly

Stina

Hi Stina :-) Not Swedish myself (Norwegian), but I have a tip for you. There are a few Swedish SL groups - one of them called 'Swedish People in SL'. How about joining that and ask the members for volunteers to your documentary?

Wish you the best of luck! :)

I have one of the groups... and pls use it for sending out info... I hope no one in the group..

Log into SL. Click Find button, then Groups tab and search for 'swed'. That's what I did and it worked for me. It may however be broken in the new update - I don't know. If you still have trouble finding it, go to help menu and select Live Help. Describe your problem there and I'm sure someone will come to your assistance.

To find PetGirl's group in picks, just go to Find -> People then search for her name. When her profile comes up, look for the group below her picture in the 2nd Life tab and double click on it to bring up the Group window.

Or just contact PetGirl in IM as she said you could do that.

Yes, why don't give Tina (PetGirl) a call!? If you ask nicely, I am sure she will show you around or personally introduce you to some of the swedes in SL. She is that nice.

She is a bit busy in the daytime currently but surely will find some time for you.

The chieff in Muppet Show that I only have seen on old VHS are based on a real Swedish guy from Dalarna i Sweden... He had a catering Co in Hollywood.. before he decided to move back to his home.. I read that story in one of al thoose flying magazines..

And yes I am happy that you dont write the Ims in our Swedish groups.. *lol*...

Oh, indeed. I truly wish I knew more than 1 + 1/8 + 1/8 + 1/16 languages. I do feel at a loss for not having been exposed to such at the critical time in my life when it would have been a fraction of the hardship it would be now, and I have known jealousy for penta-lingual Europeans I've met.

I wasn't sure from your post that you understood that joke was pointed at myself more than anyone else. If I have offended I place all blame on http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/jbc/home/chef.html
