Greetings! I'm starting this thread as the unofficial Philadelphia area ringleader. Aside from our work on the SLCC, the lovely Jennyfur and I have had quite a few meetups with SLers in the Philadelphia area...including the lovely folks who came to our RL wedding! We've had gatherings of everything from 5 people to 20 people in the Philly area, and are always up for meeting people for drinks on weekends and chatting all things SL. I've run a Philadelphia area music web site for over a decade, so we're never short on ideas of things to do, places to go, or discounts on drinks available!  We've done everything from club and bar meetups to the Mutter Museum with other SLers. Chime in if you're in the area, and I'll use this thread for getting folks together. Jennyfur and I will be out of the loop until mid-November, however, as we are currently moving into our new home! Regards, -Flip

I've just moved as well so I'm also out of the loop, until the renovations are done. Enjoy your new home!

Jennyfur and I move in under two weeks, so after that, we'd be up for getting something together. A friend of mine owns the biggest after hours club in Philly, so perhaps I can arrange us some sort of private party with our own room and such (although I know he's trying to sell it!).
I'll post details to this thread once we've settled into our house and are ready to do something!

Hey! Jennyfur and I are done with our move. With holidays coming up, I'm thinking a January get together might be in order instead of trying to crap in during the hectic time of the year. As for location, a buddy of mine owns Emerald City, the biggest after hours club in Philly...where we could probably get a HELL of a deal!
