Austin Game Conference (Ian and Babbage): Austin TX, 10/27-10/28
Serious Games Summit (Robin and Pathfinder): Washington DC, 10/31-11/1
Machinima Film Festival (Eric and Ryan): Astoria NY, 11/12

We'll schedule a meet-up in each city for anyone who's interested.

Second Life Resident Meet Up in Amsterdam on October 19!

You are invited to a Second Life Resident Meet Up in Amsterdam on October 19!

Just a reminder I am in Amsterdam this week. Tomorrow night, October 19, there is a Make Magazine Maker Faire sponsored by O'Reilly publishing and I will be there doing some building demonstrations in world. The Maker Faire is free and any Second Life resident is invited to attend. This will be a great opportunity to meet other residents and to share your thoughts and ideas about Second Life with someone from Linden Lab!

The hours are 1930 to 2130, and the location is the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, Amsterdam.

I'd love to have you join me at the Maker Faire. It's absolutely free, so bring a friend. If you get a chance, send me an IM in world so I can get an idea of how many people might attend. Thanks!

Still trying to figure out if I'm going to be able to slip into the Serious Games Summit, but either way I'll look forward to the influx of Linden/Resident love into our nation's beautiful capital in a few weeks!
