Our university is looking at buying an island for faculty to use. I need to learn to build, but I don't seem to do so well learning computer apps online. Does anyone know if there are any hands-on classes given by any companies. I know I have gone places to take 2 or 3 day courses on InDesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc. I just thought maybe there is a company that does this for building in second life. I am located in Texas, but am willing to travel to the class.
As you can probably guess I am new to this so I hope this is an appropriate question to ask here.
