That means I need to do something. Anyone planning anything anytime soon for something around the city? I'm 19 and in college and don't feel like being assed to get to P.A. or West Bubblefack.
Anyone with any ideas? Anyone bored like me?

I vote Freddy's Bar and Grill in Prospect Heights (on Dean Street 1 block off of Flatbush) sometime in July. My vote is entirely selfish, but Freddy's is a pre-prohibition bar (a really interesting place) that may not exist much longer if the Arena-building buttheads get their way. I say July 'coz I won't be in NYC till the end of June, (Yay, moving back to civilization!) and Brooklyn because it is cooler than Manhattan in summertime.

If you're 19 and a NYC'er, I recommend that you either specify "looking for folks around my age" or be the type that would get along well with old farts (as in, 30 or older). Second Life seems to attract a wide demographic, and poor planning or unrealistic expectation could lead to a really uncomfortable evening.
Fortunately for you, it also seems that a lot of SL'ers are non-conformist easygoing types, so if you're posting for a git-together at all, there's a better-than-even chance that you'd get along with whoever showed up.
