Just for fun, if you post a thread here, post a landmark (club, parcel, etc) in SecondLife where we can meet up as well.
For example, if you're hosting a New York meet up, a new york club in SL would be cool as well that way people from New York (or in ny area) can meet each other in SecondLife.
