If you have bought the sim you have readed their contract in advance or; they stated about the estate manager abilities in their covenant to you? I fthey didnt did that, they have not informed you properly AND they have to pass you the estate rights. (What did the Linden tolds you about as you sended a ticket? Im really curious to know if they responded in a proper manner or just bubbled stupid things as usually in the support?)!

If you rented the sim, try to forget it and buy one instead. Because about Prize i didnt heard many good things. Especially their overscrewed covenants scared me - im in a game or im in a real prison with a custodian?
As long as your land is in a group a your abilities in this group are not full perm to transfer/manage the land (..to your own group) you cant left your land out of the group or change your abilites to manage the sim.
