Zahlungssystem bei Verkauf Parzellen Private Islands ?

Servus,

wenn man eine Insel (Private Island) von Second Life / Linden Lab erwirbt, kann man doch kleinere Teile / Parzellen wieder verkaufen bzw. verpachten um die eigenen Kosten zu senken, behält aber gegenüber Linden Lab den Besitz und Verantwortung für die gesamte Insel, soweit richtig ?

Wie läuft das nun mit der Bezahlung der monatlichen Gebühr durch die Untermieter, gibt es da besonders empfehlenswerte Zahlungssysteme bzw. wie muss man das einrichten ?
Gibt es da eine Anleitung auf deutsch ?

Linden Lab allows you to rent parzelles on a private island, by subdividing the private island. This is very easy to do and no one argues with this procedure.

Linden Lab also allows you to "sell" those parzelles to other people, for any reason. However, the original purchaser of the private island MUST continue to pay the $195 USD or $295 USD to Linden Lab. The original purchaser can also reclaim the "sold parzelles" at any time.

As you can see, if the original purchaser of the private island fails to pay Linden Lab the $195 USD or $295 USD, then Linden Lab will reclaim the entire private island.

What I want to know is, how - what System - to collect the monthly Taxes from the People who rent Parzelles from my private island, how is this technically to manage?

There are two ways: 1) a rental box that you have to buy; or 2) they can pay you directly. You can go to slexchange.com and slboutique.com and look at the rental systems they have at those two websites.
