I thought this would be an appropriate place to let you know of this.
In my land project to encourage creation in SL, I had created a stage and left a part of the land free with the purpose of leaving it available for free for who might need such a space for educative and tutorials events.
Those must be free and with the idea of helping people of course as Helping, encouraging creation and learning are what the land is about.
