Are members of the Instructor group still considered full fledged SL Volunteers?

Are members of the Instructor group eligible to be on the SL Volunteers mailing list?

Does membership in the Instructor group mean that one is an SL Volunteers, entitled to the benefits thereof, if any?

Instructor group membership continues to not allow one to access Help Island.

Does Instructor membership enable one to subscribe to the SL Volunteers mailing list?

It is not beyond the realm of possiblity that some resident might have some info on this matter.

Sadly, the Linden staff didn't answer my email to them asking this question.

On the volunteer page there is no longer any information on Instructors, there is an Instructors mailing list which points you to the volunteer page to become an Instructor.

Perhaps Instructors as a volunteer group no longer exist?

I'm guessing you'll hate the suggestion, but perhaps asking on Live Help might get you the answer you seek.

There is still an Instructors group, a group founded by David2 Linden, with 796 members.

The group charter still reads:
From: someone
This group is for Linden Lab approved Instructors. Please keep group IM conversation to a minimum! 'Spamming the channel' with requests for freebies is disruptive for educators. The group chat should be used primarily for general Q & A. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
.

The group has the following Linden staff members listed as officers:

  7. Jill Linden
