Standing Greeters Meetings

As was just set up for the Live Help group, I would like to institute a 'standing' monthly Greeter meeting - which happens twice during the day. I'd like to know which day would be the most helpful for all of you, so I have included a poll on this post for your help in deciding which day would be best.

Given the Wisdom of the Greeter crowd, the Greeter meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10AM and 6PM SLT. Watch your email for an 'official' announcement of the first meeting!

Being in the UK, neither of those times are particularly helpful - and having only just gotten on board I didnt get a chacne to vote.

I'm hardly home from work at 10am SLT, and at 6pm SLT i'm fast asleep.

Will there be transcripts of the meetings available, an opportunity beforehand to make points about what will be discussed if we can't make it, and I assume there's no penalty for not attending (especially when theres nothing I can do about it)?
