Teleporting Issues

Am i alone in having major TP probs,have spent hours and hours on trying to TP but only seem able to do so when there are less than 25000 online why is this?have tried the obvious fixes,ie, clearing the cache ,and detaching all attachments .none of this works .So please any help would be appreciated krew

No, you're not the only one. People in sl have been complaining about this issue for about a year now and NOTHING has been done by Linden, NOTHING!! The same thing with the "Missing Image" on players bodies.

It's frustrating and time consuming and as everyone knows at times you just can't go where you want to. Complaining to Linden is a dead issue. Only way you get their attention is if you want to spend US $ on anything in SL, other then this forget it.

And if, if by a stroke of luck they happen to respond to tp complaints which usually falls on deaf ears the line you'll get is,"We were just made aware there is a teleportation problem. We are making our best effort to fix it. Thank you for your patience."
They were just made aware they say when just about every single day for about a year now players have been issuing complaints about not being able to tp.

As incredible and mind boggling as it sounds players will tell you how true this is. Many people here have stopped complaining about the tp, they've grown tired of nothing being done despite their best efforts to get Linden to do something about it.

Go figure.

Do note that Linden Labs is infact trying to work out this issue. It makes it difficult to circumvent the database issues (mainly teleporting) when there is such a high concurrency. And I have heard a rumor of them implementing a new database repair and hardware change in the short future. Linden Labs is working on it, and they are working hard, so please do not disregaurd their hard work.

First, start with take off attachments... laughter!
Even if it would help, this hint is ridiculous.

Fly up and teleport? Turn down maximum bandwith? Why not try a rain dance?

It is this article shows that they have no clue about the reasons for the problem.

And this, after all this time..
