I have had a problem with losing huds and dance chims, and them not returning to my inventory.
i have tried clearing cache and they still havent returned this has been going on for months now.
Is there anyway u can find lost items as I have spent as u can imagine ALOT of money on buying these things.

Lost Items

RFG Estates owner Rich Grainger sold off his lands to me then changed the contract adding tiers , now he removed all my items from my lands and these all my items are missing from my inventory , nothing even in trash , nor in ''lost and found; items . He denies removing it , but i saw him personally doing it , now he removed even my name from my lands . How can i have my items and the monies payed for the lands back ?

Rachel, you may want to remove the name you mentioned from your post. "Naming names" is not allowed in the forums.
Unfortunately when you rent a parcel on an estate (in practice there is no such thing as "buying" there), you are at the estate owner's mercy. Most are dependable and reasonable, but as in RL, a certain percentage of people are ... not nice.
I am afraid that you cannot do anything if he does not cooperate. LL does not get involved.
One thing: Check for coalesced objects in your inventory. Maybe everything came back as a single object in your inventory (could be in any folder) under a strange name or a generic one like "Object". You recognize coalesced objects through the "many boxes" icon left to the name.

Yes, not a good idea naming names in the forum...its more likely just to get the thread deleted or edited.
As for said individual...We have been renting off him for 6 months, and he has been more than helpful, pleasant and courteous. The only time issues are likely to happen is when tier is not paid on time. Then according to the terms of the covenant, the sim owner, can...reclaim his property, and clear the objects within 2 hours of the deadline.
Your objects, if not transferable cannot be taken by anyone else. Theyre likely to be coalicised somewhere in your ivent, as already stated. look for something that looks like a set of building bricks, not just a square object icon.
