hi there
since 2 days i am smaller than shape edit shows. the level tall is on 100....all shapes
i try to wear i get smaller but the level is still on 100.....iam really to small for
that level....
can anybody help ?

I'm not sure what you are describing.
The height slider isn't the only thing that affects height. Leg length and torso length also play a factor, and all three settings interact to some extent.
The slider values are relative. To see your height more accurately, create a prim that is as tall as you want to be (let's say, 2 meters) and measure yourself against it.
Also note that many purchased or freebie shapes are No Mod. But in that case, the sliders should be grayed out.
If what you are seeing is a glitch, first try clearing your cache and re-logging (Edit/Preferences/Network/Clear Cache). If that doesn't work, uninstall the SL viewer and then reinstall it.
