Katt, as you answered ... wouldn't it be a good idea to remove some of the sticky threads that are anything but actual?

One example is the resmod thread. Still up there for every new one to read and check, though there is no valid information about the situation today.
You closed that thread yourself .. why not unstick it and let it drown in the forum?

But don't forget the content forums for content creation questions. Building questions go to Building Tips. Texture questions go to Texturing Tips. Scripting questions go to Scripting Tips. And so on and so forth.

Why is this forum still open for posting when the group it was created to deal with has been dissolved a long time now?

Stickying this thread is unlikely to make much difference to folks that don't read the forum descriptions well enough to find their way to RA in the first place. (Not that stickying a note is a bad idea, but, this forum needs to be archived. It's no more. It's gone to meet its maker.)

Asking people to post in the correct topic forum but essentially never moving a post from the wrong forum to the proper topic specific is not likely to work very well, as considerable evidence suggests.
