Don't panick! It is a phenom called being 'Ruthed', It is just a avatar without all of teh add-ons. What makes you YOU did not load. You can right click on yourself and choose APPEARANCE from the pie menue. Do not save the changes and close the appearance box. If that does not fix you then CTRL=P and clear cache. Relog.
