help im's broke, friends list broke, tp broke..

If i try to IM for a help request, it tells me the request isn't being sent anywhere. If I try to tp, it logs me out in the middle of the tp and tells me to close the viewer. None of my friends appear online, and i cannot receive any im's. Also, incoming im's are sometimes being routed to my email, like I am not online....

help?

Greetings all - if you are on the first look viewer than you may want to report a bug and the Bug Squashers will be on the case in no time (Tools > Report Bug). Also the Help Request/Live Help is getting changed. It has not been implemented yet but you can view it here. As for the teleporting issues, you can see alot of useful tips on the knowledgebase, and you can find that here
