Vanished ?

Okay guys..can you please help me out here..i recently bought a HDTV i placed it on my group
plot land and a message came up in blue font saying the object has
failed to rez, then suddenly vanished and now i can not get it back ....also my outside wall lamp
has vanished also..that happened just a few days ago...is there anyway i can get these back

Try looking in your lost and found folder to see if it showed up there, or in the original folder it was in. If it isnt there then try these steps while you are logged into Second Life.
Click on Edit > Preferences > Network > then click on the button that says Clear Cache. Second Life will then ask you to relog and when you log back in your items should hopefully be back in your inventory.
