I can't use my account properly

For some reason i am stuck in ahren welcome area, i can't TP out, or use any attatchments, and i have axis lines appear on my character. I simply can't do anything other than fly about in the same zone, which is laggy in the extreme, i effectively cannot use my account properly. Any help would be appreciated greatly

If you don't have a Client menu at the top of your screen (it's to the right of Help, if it's there): Ctrl-Alt-D on a PC ; Ctrl-Alt-Shift-D on a Mac.

Client / Rendering / Axes <- uncheck that option and that will take care of that

As for not being able to tp out... are you getting an error when you tp? If so, which one?

Fly to the edge of Ahern (pick a direction and just fly/walk ahead... the coordinates at the top of the screen will either go up or down... a sim is 0,0 to 256,256... is if you go under 0 into the negative, or past 256 you're having a problem).
If you're at the edge... can you see any other regions past it? Or is it just a void (you'd see nothing but water and a horizon beyond the edge).

Other tidbits: what internet connection are you using (speed if you know?) - are you using wireless locally - was it working fine for you before or it's always been the way it is now?
