I'm using the adult version of Second Life, and you are quite clearly given the option to walk around, stark naked. So I did. To my supprise, some Hermia Linden suspended my account for it.

As far as I'm concerned, I did not portray indecent behaviour, OR breach any of the rules of the terms and services. This is purely an missunderstanding, or an outragious attack on a new member.

Can I please either, have my account re-animated, or have the terms changed to say somthing similar to 'Even though you can go naked, it is unauthorised'.

First you can't mention other names in the fourms. Second you would have had to been in a PG sim when you were nude, and refuse to comply when you were asked to.

PG Sims- No cursing, nudness, sex related activites, R or X Rated content.

Hey PC, Eric pretty much covered the answer here. Adult Version or not, there are still zones in which are inapropriate for mature things. If you wish to stark naked, or shoot off weapons and such, you must make sure it is a mature zone

Sorry the rules do state you cannot go around nude. It's in the community standards. The second of the two popups that appear when you join SL and first log in.

Community Standards:

Indecency
Second Life is an adult community, but Mature material is not necessarily appropriate in all areas (see Global Standards below). Content, communication, or behavior which involves intense language or expletives, nudity or sexual content, the depiction of sex or violence, or anything else broadly offensive must be contained within private land in areas rated Mature (M). Names of Residents, objects, places and groups are broadly viewable in Second Life directories and on the Second Life website, and must adhere to PG guidelines.

Global Standards, Local Ratings
All areas of Second Life, including the www.secondlife.com website and the Second Life Forums, adhere to the same Community Standards. Locations within Second Life are noted as Safe or Unsafe and rated Mature (M) or non-Mature (PG), and behavior must conform to the local ratings. Any unrated area of Second Life or the Second Life website should be considered non-Mature (PG).

It is against forum guidelines to post threads asking why banned.
