Between 6:41 and 7:22 pm this evening I experienced SEVEN screen freezes, one official CRASH; finally gave up and logged when the SEVENTH freeze had lasted THREE minutes.
All I was doing during that whole time was sitting and typing occasionally into Chat.
This month I had technicians install 2GB more RAM and an ATI Radeon X1650 Pro graphics card. Freezes and crashes should NOT be happening!
Also, two days ago a torrent of literally thousands of those Zombie cards started poofing all over the entire sim I'm on and the entire sim next to me. That's Benten and Fundama. I couldn't submit an Abuse Report because I couldn't get the name of the owner of the crap.
The Abuse Report wouldn't process.
I took a snapshot but have no idea where to send it. Also, some of the Zombie faces were on rotating cubes which shoved me a hundred feet or so when they hit me.
These events are discouraging, disheartening, and are definitely abrading my enjoyment of SL. Unfortunately, they are not isolated events. Both are very common.
