How to update billing info? (complicated)

I've tried updating billing info but its been saying updating for nearly two days now after doing it online for both paypal and credit card, and i cant seem to get through to the call centers as neither of my phones can connect to the number or it doesnt work in my country (UK)

Is there any other way to update my billing info?

You might try clearing your browser cache, deleting cookies for secondlife.com, or trying a different browser, just in case its a browser problem.

In another thread a site for free phone calls was suggested: voip.com.

Do you need to add a country code to the phone number maybe?

By the way, there hasn't been an "SL Live Helpers" group for ages, and any rational being would have closed this defunct forum at or shortly after the deletion of that group, but LL can't or won't do that, thus causing people confusion, since there is a customer support part of Linden Lab with a very similar name, which does not monitor this forum at all, so....

You might want to repost your question in the Resident Answers forum.
