I've recently noticed some confusion over the purpose of this forum. The Live Help forum isn't asking general tech and SL questions; we have the Technical Issues forum for that. The Live Help forum is for discussing Live Helpers and the Live Help program. (If you accidentaly post here though, chances are you'll be helped anyway.

hi since the update i have not been able to log in to sl i press connect and instead of it saying logging in sl may appear frozen its saying verifying protocol version and thats were i stay untill it comes up with unable to connect to sl the system may be down but this has been happening since first thing this morning and i have tried uninstalling it and downloading it again but getting the same can you please help me

could someone help me please? I downloaded the new update, and I crash before the screen even comes up< now this happened to me when they put up new viewer, I had downloaded that, and went through same issue, I tracked some tutorials looking for relief,
and it had suggessted to reinstall the old version of sl, which I had done, the problem corrected itself, but now that we all have to update, its happening to me again. and this time Its not letting me install older version.. could someone help me fix this thing? thankyou |

Hi guys,
I have a big problem today. Everytime i am online in SL, a few minutes after my computer will automatically crashed. I did try many times but always have this problem..--my computer will automatically getting off after entering SL for a few minutes.. WHy do i have this problem??? I need your help... PLEASE!!! |

A mystery to me..Can you or someone tell me how to access the answers to your question? not sure who to ask about sl not working with vista

Was wondering if there was something about vista thats causeing sl to crash or close before i even get it started?...or ofcoarse where to post to ask for help if this was wrong spot.
