I have tried about a thousand times to log in today, but I always get the message: access denied for this computer. Last night everything was fine, today this message. And I have no idea, why all off a sudden I should not be able to access anymore.
I have already posted a ticket to Lindenlab, but I don't get no reply whatsoever. This is a very frustrating experience, really!!!
Oh yes, I am in Germany and have a premium-account (and really don't know anymore, what THAT should be good for...).
Does anybody have an idea what is happening? If it is a LindenLab-problem I can wait, no problem. But not to get an answer at all is really annoying!

you are not the only one who are getting no answer from LL. With searching through the forums I found out it has happened to many of us. That what starts to anger me is that there is no respond to my ticket I have sent in the support. Are they all at the community meeting? And it is not a thing of a basic or a premium account as both are having this issue. It would have been nice if one had responded to me that it takes time but with getting no answer I am starting to get pissed slowly.

When it happened to me I also got very little response until I left a phone message with billing with my MAC address. Then it was cleared up and never came back.
So in your ticket, you might want to include your MAC address so they can zone in on your particular case.
Hope it works out for you soon; I know it was very frustrating and weird for me...I thought I had somehow done something and gotten banned!

yeah it is frustrating really and I am getting pissed more and more. I haven't done any that would give a reason for it but well I am not the only one and it is not a thing of basic accounts as I am. But with no respond not even a look to my ticket you dunno it they look to it, if they are around or what is going on over there. *sighs* well I will add my mac adress to the ticket but I fear it will not help much.

Sometimes this can happen by accident when LL has to ban someone from 2L due to abuse and your ip address from your server is on the same server as the person banned. Follow the other comments to leave a message with your details so they can free you up. Well that is if you were not the person they are stopping getting on 2ndL.
