Teleporting Issue

I am having issues teleporting! A friend of mine bought an island on SL from Linden Lab. He has allowed my avatar teleporting access to ANYWHERE on the island. Every time click on the SLURL the the SL program launches the application, but the teleporting process itself does not work.... The following message appears: "Sorry, could not teleport. You do not have access to the destination."

If someone knows a solution or has some useful advice to tackle the problem, please step forward. You help is highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Your friend may have set the island to "group access only", or may have set it to "age verified access only".
