Live Help Wannabe!

Hi Everyone,

I'm Interested In becoming A Live Help Helper but before I Make any action
I was wondering What Questions Do You Usually Get Asked The Most?
What Happens If you don't know The Answer To The Question?
Please Also Add Anything Else You Think I Should Be Aware Of Or know.

Greetings, alot of Live Helps these days are on database issues, Greifers, Requesting restarts. but the blog and the knowlagebase is your friend as a live helper.

You can use the KB, etc as someone already said, you can ask other Live Helpers, Sometimes a Linden will be around you can ask, and in the worse case scenario you can just say "I don't know...."

The last one is to be avoided if possible, up until now I haven't had to use it myself.

Well if someone calls in with an inquiry you dont know you simply dont answer it and wait for someone else to (Leave the session).
If you answer a call and someone asks a question you dont know after you reply, then you simply refer them to the knowlagebase or [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].
You can also Tell them to call back and ask for a linden, or simply call back again for anyone.
