Missing Land? or Stolen?

i have purchased land in Fortimus, the sell was completed and Lindens was removed from my account, i was forced to upgrade to a higher tier.. (which is normal, if required)
after i logged off the next day the land has been set up for sell again for the same price, my money is still gone from my account and i'm payin for tiers i dont own... the only proof that i have made this transaction is from my sl account with the transaction number.. the land owner claims he dont have any record of it yet because it was a group sale.. well its been over 24 hours and noone seem to have any answers and i'm out of lindens with no land.. and noone is helping me yet....sl has alot of mishaps going on.

and how can i get either my land or my money .. LINDENS you have my records

How did you make this transaction? If you went to About->Land and bought it then it should have all transacted normally. If you look at the map the land will still show as for sale for a period of time and any advertised classified [$] symbols will be there for up to a day but eventually this will refresh.

If you paid the person directly then you have problems. So far as I know there's no way to just deed land, the only way to transact is through the buy menu.

Easy to find out go to World menu -> My Land

It should show up and you can TP right to it (perhaps you bought a parcel adjacent to where you are thinking you bought one!?)

If not ... Log into your account history and print out the transaction history. It will show the transaction if it went through.

If this is the case: you have no land AND the transaction went through file a ticket with linden

when i paid for the land i went directly to the land, and bought it from there. i would never pay the land owner directly. but i was wondering how can this happen when my account has been changed as far as lindens $ being removed from my account.. also i want to add that when i first purchased it . i did go to my land and it showed as me being the owner until i relogged the next day.. and i am the only one with the record of having purchased it... the seller claim it didnt show on his account because of group land sale rule. he suggests i talk to linden and wait i guess until they look into it.. and how and where do i go to get a ticket? and what happen to LIVE HELP in SL.?

http://secondlife.com/community/support.php (the support button at the top of the forum page there) - head down to the bottom, and that'll take you to the support portal where you can submit a ticket.

This happened to land I had for sale. The server was whacky or something on the land -- couldn't teleport from it, for instance. I put it up for sale and logged off. Three people purchased the land, their money showed up in my account but the land did not transfer. I happened to check my email not too long after this happened, which ameliorated the situation. I was able to take the land off market and refund the would-be purchasers pretty quickly. I hope the tier thing did not affect any of them, but I think they were all in the land biz so they probably had tier. At any rate, LL knows that this happens.

This happens a lot. I use group sales as well and it is a bit difficult to track but if you supply the transaction number to the seller and ask them to call support, use live chat, or send an email they can have the group acccount transactions looked up to confirm your payment. If they are a larger land holder they have access to concierge level support and it's very easy for them to verify. I do this all the time for customers when this happens and upon confirmation set the land to sell for 0L to the buyer. Suggest this to the seller and it should clear things up for you. U are very lucky, same thing happened to me 5 days ago. I dont have the land or the lindens. I did fill a ticket with the Lindens, got no answer yet. And the group owners who the money went to simply refuses to talk to me.
