Help Help! I have a premium subscription. I asked to be downgraded to Basic. So I am scheduled to be downgraded in September. In the meantime, I asked to remain a premium member. I've been trying for MONTHS to get this accomplished! I've sent emails to Linden Labs, iIve placed numerous phone calls... to no avail! I hope to get back to premium before my time runs out.

I had that problem a couple of months ago, and solved it in minutes with one phone call to billing. They took care of it instantly once I got through. I am surprised that you are having problems.
