I really think Live Help has become a well-oiled machine. Sure, there will be challenges as SL grows more, but rather than being a growing organization, Live Help appears to be on top of things.
I've noticed less and less "Hey we need help" calls in channel. I notice heads up from Lindens before changes, keeping Live Helpers aware. The quality of responses is good.
I think the heart of it is that overall there's less "hey what do I do about XYZ" in channel from Live Helpers. People are veterans - the removal of "terms" was I think a roaring success. I believe a lot of the other decisions made about Live Help have been very fruitful, too - such as ways to increase the knowledge base.
So, a good job to you folks, and here's to many more months and years of successful live-helping.
