keep getting ' not enough leased parcels in selection to join' - what does that mean please?

Hm, i am not sure. But if you try to join a parcel....that means to put 2 small parcels into one big parcel?.....you need to mark a piece of both parcels to join.if you only marked one parcel you cant join the other one.
