My snapshots are coming through with large color blocks covering my avatar's face and body. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?!

Greetings, when you open the snapshot window select "Send as a postcard" only for a second, then you will see the 'Image Quality' bar ungray, put that up at 100, then go to upload as snapshot or upload to hardrive (whichever you wanted). Knowlage Base has alot of snapshot tips aswell.

The picture still shows 2 shades overshadowing my face, I will work on this later today, maybe it's the lighting.
I'll add the picture as my avatar's so you can see if the problem looks familiar.

Greetings again - I have another alternitive..
If you go to your 'Client' menu on your top toolbar you see an option that says 'High Res Snapshot' make sure you click that and tell me if you see any results. If you cannot see a 'Client' menu, try hitting ctrl alt d.

High-Res option was enabled.

This option was enabled all along. I am baffled, but will keep trying.

Then you may want to turn the high rez off. This may be because of a few things..

You are running on a low quality
Your computer isnt requirements
Snapshot, unknown, bug

Try running secondlife on a higher quality, to set this option you can try hitting ctrl p in world then going to graphics and setting it in there.
(Ctrl P > Graphics)
