i tried to create a new account and it doesnt give me the "is this a new account or additional account" so im not being charged the 9.99 know why?

As I said in another thread they droped the 9.95 and any relations to your main avie. WHo really knows why, but their billing department is nolong done with in LLABS. Its be out sourced to a 3rd party billing company in UK (If i remeber correctly). Usagi |

To be honest most people who had a second av didnt want to pay the $10 to acknowledge it and so lied and said they had no other... is it true they are not charging anymore ?
