I am getting a bit desperate here... I cannot get in SL because when the download completes it says "NSIS error: your downloader is either out of date, or incomplete". I assumed it was the SL installer so i downloaded a new one, and still... i checked my computer and i dont have "NSIS" in the first place. I could run SL perfectly untill this point.. pleas, HELP ME!

I would recommend trying again now, as there is an announcement saying the grid was shut down and is now re-opened. If it still doesn't work, post again

still nothing.. its not because the grid is down, there is this NSIS popup that says i need to download a new version of their product when i never had it..

Well I havn't ever heard of NSIS and so I cannot help you

I searched google for NSIS error second life and found this answer to your question...

"This is caused by a corrupt installation file. First clear your internet cache (in Internet Explorer go to Tools > Options > Delete Files button... > OK) then download the file again. (If you don't clear the cache your browser gives you the cached copy of the corrupt file which won't work.)

If that doesn't work try a file download manager to get the file, such as GetRight (www.getright.com)."
