I have a account under the name Tran Shepherd, and I can not access my account information or buy linden $ in the game because it says my account is disabled. Can someone help me fix this please.

You need to submit a support ticket.

Scroll down to the bottom to log in as Tran. If you're a Basic member, make sure you use the 'Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login' ticket type, or they won't answer it.
