There were two live mentor meetings that were held earlier this week and I had to miss them because I was traveling for work. Did anyone go to them? If so what was discussed?

I didnt know about it until after the fact, so I missed them too. Any info would be appreciated by me as well.

I got an email that there would be one but I didnt see the email until it was too late

There has not yet been a 'live' SL mentor meeting, but, I'd like to schedule one for early next week. Watch these forums for a time/location posting.

I've been super busy in RL... didn't know bout the mentor meetings.. if there was any or what they consisted of.. so i'm basically lost .. hehe

Can we have an unofficial Mentors meeting? I'd love to meet fellow mentors - share ideas for making things work smoother within the group, developing an idea for future tutorials for mentor training, learning from each other's experiences, and just general hanging out.

Perhaps we can schedule it in concert with the upcoming SL User's Conference in NYC for those who aren't going to be able to attend - Oct 8th and 9th.

I am currently working on the biggest indexing of landmarks (separate categories on separate notecards) as a virtual phonebook of sorts for newcomers when they ask the age old question "What am I supposed to do here?"

Nethermind, hopefully we can meet "unofficially" in-world during the SL Community Convention — I think that's really a lovely idea

and would also be perfectly fitting into the theme of the convention.

This just reminded me that I completely forgot to post the transcript of one "unofficial" meeting I held some weeks back — arrrgh. And now I'm struggling to see if I have put the transcript inside a notcard...
