I got mine the next day. If you don't have it in a couple of days, then contact them via Live Help or something along those lines. Welcome to the Mentor world and good luck... you are going to need it!  ) |

When I was initially accepted, I didn't get my invite for 2 days. If I might suggest the following. Put on a notecard that you were accepted but not yet invited to the group. Send this to Kenny Linden or Jeska Linden. (they are the only ones that I know of that do the Mentor invites at this time)
When you get the group invites, I suggest that you then contact Tateru Nino. She's not an "official", but she's the best source we have for new mentor orientation.
If Tateru is not available, look for Help Island in your map and TP there. There are number of mentors there that will help orient you to the group. Look for Kai, Kaboom, KC, SignpostMarv, Maxx, SpiderKitten, Ciera, Ginny, JayJay, Tatu and the list goes on and on.
Please, Visit Help Island often. We can always use bodies there and at either of the Welcome Areas.
Now, it's important to understand, that your Mentor tag isn't just a status tag. You're not police and you're not a Linden. You are a volunteer and you should wear that tag with pride.
As a volunteer, you represent Linden Labs and Second Life.
Let me be the first to say, it is an honor to welcome you to the Mentor Group and I look forward to meeting you inworld. Just mention this thread and I'll know that it's you.

And since some are bitching about spamming the group with mentors asking Questens Please feel free to ask me with a personal IM.
