It is late, I am tired, I snapped at you guys for starting a group IM that would have been better served by Live Help.
I am sorry to have snapped.
However, this does not excuse the Basic Truth which is:
If you're having a technical problem, or you suspect something is a bug: Please Ask Live Help.
The Mentor group IM is not a support group. We are not there to answer YOUR questions. Live Help is there to answer YOUR questions (and everyone else's for that matter).
So please. Exercise some restraint. When you IM the entire Mentor group, you are IM'ing many, many people, many of whom assume that you know how to use the SL tools.

*hugs* We all snap at times, I believe it's cool of you to say sorry though. KUDOS But you're right: when a tech question or problem occurs, LH is the way, especially when you need a Linden (there are always some listening in on those calls.. may take a while, but they'll get it). When even only 10 people reply with an answer, it gets kindof confusing in mentor IM too, so you might not be able to find the correct one. On another note: I personally don't mind spam, but I do understand some people do
