If you haven’t visited the Mentor Inventor Convention on SLVEC yet, please do so as it will still be open for viewing for another week ending on Friday, November 21, 2008. Be sure to pick up your Commemorative Wrench created by George Linden. Prizes for our Inventors were also created by George with graphics contributed by Amber Linden.
The results are in. Let me preface this by saying all the inventions were great! It made the VTeam’s work hard… so hard that there are NO losers! No losers? That’s right! Here is how we gathered the results:
All inventions were rated on:
* Long Term Value
* Value to Focus Topics
* Ease of Use
* Scalability
* Open Source/Free Distribution Component
Inventions were rated on a scale of 1 to 5 in each of the above categories by the VTeam. We then ranked the scores into 3 categories:
* Gold
* Silver
* Bronze
And now without further adieu, here are the results:
The Bronze Cog Prize goes to:
* Rails Bailey
* Ferd Frederix
* Oliver Szondi
* Tid Kidd
The Silver Cog Prize goes to:
* Geo Meek/Code Tracer
* Pim Peccable
The Gold Cog Prize goes to:
* Simon Kline
* Lum Pfohl
Congratulations to all!
