i am creating a new bussiness and i need to know who to make a card for my self... and i am also trying to figure out who to get the land eithier by renting it from a nother person here in SL or by it from LL HELP PLEASE

There is not an easy answer to this. It depends on what product or service you are offering. Do you need to buy land? Have you consider renting a stall at a mall? At least for a week or two in order to get a feeling on the demand for your product.
