Welcome to Second Life.
You can send me, SuezanneC Baskerville , an IM when you are online and if I am online I will try to help you out.
You can use the Help / Live Help option to ask a Linden staffer to contact a volunteer to contact you.
The Shelter is a nice place to stop by, you should be able to find it using the Find button, places tab, put Shelter in as the search term, click teleport when you the one that looks right selected.
