Double billing, this month ..

Several of my friends have been billed twice, this month ... including myself ... for land fee's. :eek:

I was wondering if many others in here have the same problem...and what they are doing to correct it.

I have been charged 2 times also. They are claiming it is because they tried billing me last month and that it didn't clear... BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checking my billing history and last months payment DID clear, here as well as with my bank!!!!

Also this month I did NOT get a mailing of my payment records, I had to go to the web page history to find it out
