I think that all work deserve a reward. L$, land, free coffee, whatever, ... can be just symbolic.

Since many days i try to find a reward idea.
Thank you Timeless prototype for the free multi-gadget, it's greatly appreciated.
The title is also a good one (i'm proud to "activate" my secondlife mentor title).

I dunno... maybe a free alt ? (not an unverified one. A verified one that don't cost 9US$ (yes, i paid for all my alts accounts)
A hidden private island for all of us ? (hidden like the help islands are)
A reward that isn't advertised, nobody want to see some ppl apllying just for the reward.

We're working hard, we do it because we like to do that, but i'm not against a little appreciation reward :)

As a voluntaree, what do you think of the idea of being reward by Linden Lab (not only resident) ? We work for Secondlife, we work for LindenLab.

Any idea of reasonable reward ?
Something not good enough to be the only incentive to apply as a voluntaree.
Something made by Linden Lab to show us their appreciation for our hard work.
And just because all works deserve a reward.

I think we can safely ban any reward in L$. (I don't want to, and LL don't want to)
Or maybe the "title" is just good enough as a reward ? (for me, it's fine. and you ? :D )

We work for Secondlife, we work for LindenLab.

That would be misrepresentation and is against the TOS.

Volunteers are free. Work is:

1. A job; employment: looking for work.
2. A trade, profession, or other means of livelihood.

Volunteering is:

A person who performs or offers to perform a service voluntarily: an information booth staffed by volunteers; hospital volunteers.
