Building an hospital for a nonprofit organization

Hi guys,

I'm related to a nonprofit organization that would take a land to mix its fundraising activity.
The SL concept can be very interesting, not just for fundraising but to actualize the organization image.

Target is to take an island (with the nonprofit reduction) and build an hospital with some structures annexed like streets, deposits, heliport. This things are really take place in a sudamerican country.

Having the help of some volounteers, I would ask to you if you have some idea, advises, if you know other reality of this kind on SL, how advertize it in a good way, some appropriate scripts and any thing have in your mind for this that could be a great opportunity to use to the best the megaphone of SL.
