The defective Find Region function in the map appears to cause people trouble in getting to Help Island 1.
When you type in "Help" and it autocompletes to say "Help Island 2" backspace the 2 and and the preceding space away, then the dropdown list will show help Island 1 in it.
Also, on Windows machines, you can use Run Start secondlife://help%20island to make the map show with help island selected.

Mine does fill in Help Island 2 when I type it, but once I finish typing 'Help island' the 2 goes away and I can get there.... unless I hit enter sooner, which will get me to HI2.
