Help, please

5hrs ago SL crashed - not unsual I thought and tried to re-log-in.
But I still can't log in to SL - 5hrs, that's more than crazy!
Is it possible that my problem is caused by my membership? I'm exactly one month at SL - and I'm still a Basic Member. Well, I upgrated to Premium .. an hour ago. But it soll won't work .. I'm really helpless...
And I don't know who to ask ..
I also cleaned the cache, like someone told me.. but - nothing.

It is probably a SL related problem. If you read the technical forum there are some threads there about failing logins,or login takes 5 minutes. I have the same, logins seems totally random, sometimes the service is unavailable, other times I just crash after 5 minutes in-world. There is not a lot anybody can do. Make sure you have the latest versions of normal- and /or First Look.
If anything failes, wednesday is update day, so maybe after that our problems are over, tjat is were I am counting on.

Heyas, this can happen on several occasions, this could be because....

1. Your on the first look
   
2. Your computer isn't compatible
   
3. Database issues
   

This could most likely be because of the database issues, please file a bug report (Tools > Report Bug),completely reinstal secondlife on the normal server here(on it or not) or via eMail [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]
