The inclient web browser in Release Candidate 1.19.1 might be useful for volunteers.

The new parcel media abilities, that let you view a website in the inclient web browser, and send the url to the parcel for viewing by others on the parcel, might be useful.

Might be able to use a web based chat instead of the buggy slow laggy scramble inclient chat system.
