Does anyone know if theres a way to be pared with more than one partner and have it show in your profile like it would in a normal marrage

Unfortunately, no. There may be a feature request in the JIRA to allow this, but currently partnership is between two individuals only. You could, of course, explain your partnerships and status in the text part of the Second Life tab or in your Picks.
The closest way to simulate a plural relationship would probably be to make a group and invite all partners into it.
You could also display your relationship status with a titler attachment.
