Forum FAQs for Second Life Help Wiki

There are a number of questions that are asked by Second Life customers repeatedly.

The forums are divided up into the familiar Design and Textures, Building, Animations, and so on. There is a page in the Second Life Help Wiki that is set up for presenting and answering these frequently asked questions for several of the forums: Discussion Forum FAQs .

There are stubs for the Building, Scripting Tips, Animations, and Technical Issues forums, and a short FAQ already exists for the Design and Textures forums.

I would like to see a sticky added to each appropriate forum that includes a link to the appropriate FAQ in the SL Help Wiki so that these commonly asked questions can be collected, answered, and updated by our large number of knowledgeable customers. There is a great deal of this information already available in the help wiki, but it is not structured in a manner that reflects the familar topic division seen in the forums.

I think the SL Help Wiki is a great potential resource that is greatly underused. I would like to see each of the appropriate forums have a section in the help wiki that is as thorough and useful for that forums topic as the LSL wiki is for the Linden Scripting Language, and which is publicized such that it is used to much greater degree than at present.
