FYI: Issue calling Live Help from Help Island

Hello,

I thought this might be of interest to people helping out on Help Island.

I've reported a bug, trying to call Live Help via the Help> Live Help menu item does not actually contact the Live Help group, and results in the following message:
"You are the only participant in this IM session. Your message is not being retransmitted or stored."

Those messages saying "You are the only participant in this IM session. Your message is not being retransmitted or stored." Really can be a pain when you really need help. I had this happen countless times. Strange you think with all the LH over 135 of them you think one would be online or have their on instead of off.

This must be a bug as the Lindens have the live help channel on at all times as far as I know and there is always a Linden online. So no one should be getting this message.
